Upcoming Event: 2012 STEM Education Conference

On October 1st and 2nd the Virginia Military Institute will be hosting the 2012 STEM Education Conference.  The purpose of the conference is to focus on STEM education at all steps in the process, from kindergarten to college.  Over three days, students and industry leaders will come to VMI to solve America's most bewildering math problem. The keynote speakers will be Neil deGrasse Tyson, the director of the Hayden Planetarium, Salman Khan, founder of Khan Academy, and Laura Fornash, Virginia Secretary of Education.
