New Profile of the Day: International Center for Professional Development

The International Center for Professional Development (ICPD) is a non-profit organization that offers continuing education programs for students, returning veterans and professionals using personalized face-to-face experiential training and ongoing web-based support.  They have multiple STEM programs, including the Scientist Mentoring & Diversity Program.  SMDP Scholars are paired with industry mentors who work at biotechnology or medical device and diagnostic companies. During the training students and mentors learn about career opportunities in industry and receive career development coaching.
