Join the Conversation: Call on White House Plan for STEM Master Teacher Corps- Today at 1PM

Today (Thursday, July 26th) at 1PM Eastern, the Obama Administration will be hosting a call on its plan for a new national STEM Master Teachers Corps. The initiative, which was announced last week, aims to strengthen the quality of STEM teaching in America by recognizing 50 exceptional teachers in 50 sites and then expandand the program to eventually reach 10,000 Master Teachers. The plan is to provide The Master Teachers Corps with a $20,000 annual stipend on top of their salaries for their involvement with the corps.
